Dieting and obesity have one very important factor in common. That is both have a significant amount of impact of the body and mind. Both psychological and physical changes appear. Obesity being termed as silent killing epidemic by many doctors and people worldwide. Therefore if you are a obese it is high time to think about your health and life and take up a weight loss program seriously.

Firstly, a visit to the doctor is must to discover your current health status. If you're highly obese, it is suggested to go by doctor prescribed diet. However your obese and your body mass index is not alarmingly high, you can go in for a standard diet charts available in the market.

It is very important to include right and healthy food in your diet.Most of the cravings like junk foods, sweets, chocolates,fries have to be banned.Also avoid alcohol and smoking. Will power is a major factor.Small and regular meals along with regular exercise or yoga can help you shed weights in days. There should be controlled intake during dieting. Once a fortnight indulgence can be allowed but in a controlled manner.

While choosing processed food, read the labels carefully choose the low fat, low saltand low sugar products.Always pick up fresh grocery. Walking and adequate intake of drinking water are the best option along with a proper healthy diet chart. ultimately get a good night's sleep which is very important for your body.   • Learn how to adopt more healthful lifestyle habits. Instead of watching TV, dance to music in your living room, can involve in gardening.
  • Regular physical activity.- A daily, brisk walk is an easy way to avoid obesity. can involve in  bicycling, and swimming ,these not only prevents obesity and also Lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancers (such as breast, uterus, and colon) ,Strengthen your lungs and help them to work better ,Strengthen your muscles and keep your joints in good condition .Give you more energy .Help you to relax and cope better with stress .
