· Do u spend more time in front of TV with snacks.
· Do food stuffs like fried foods, cheese,soft drinks holds more in daily intake.
· Do u prefer taking vehicle for a shorter distance rather than walking.
· Sedentary life style & not fond of physical activities.
· Clothes feeling tight and needing a larger size
